Rubik Challenge 2026 to Spotlight Bengaluru’s Young Speed Cubers on a Global Platform

Bengaluru is set to witness an exciting celebration of speed cubing as Rubik Challenge 2026 arrives on 7th June 2026 at Curious Kids by SkyJumper, Orion Avenue Mall.

Designed as a verified cubing championship for children, the event aims to provide young cubers with an opportunity to compete in a structured, age-wise championship format while building their official global cubing rankings.

The championship is being presented by Curious Kids by SkyJumper in association with Junior Cube Association (JCA) and Speed Cubing India, and is being organised by Engage.

Junior Cube Association (JCA), founded with the vision of building a dedicated cubing ecosystem for children, has been actively promoting cubing through championships, rankings, record attempts, and learning initiatives. The organisation focuses on making cubing more structured, competitive, and accessible for young participants.

The championship format has been specially designed by Ketan Vira from Junior Cube Association (JCA) and Vivek Prasad from Speed Cubing India to encourage young cubers through an age-focused competitive structure that supports learning, recognition, and long-term growth in the sport.

Rubik Challenge 2026 is expected to bring together Bengaluru’s growing community of talented young speed cubers. With the city witnessing increasing participation in cubing activities, organisers believe this championship can become a major platform for emerging cubers to gain recognition beyond local competitions.

One of the key highlights of the event is the official global ranking structure where participants will receive performance tracking benefits and ranking opportunities through the JCA ecosystem. The championship format has been specially designed to encourage participation across different age groups, making the competition more accessible and motivating for young cubers.

The event will also feature record-breaking opportunities, where participants may attempt to set benchmark performances during the championship.

Apart from competitive solving, the championship will include trophies, merit medals, record recognitions, and exciting vouchers from Curious Kids and Cube Guru.

According to the organisers, the vision behind the championship is to create a platform where children can improve concentration, logical thinking, confidence, and competitive spirit through cubing.

“With Bengaluru having so many talented young cubers, this championship is aimed at giving them a larger stage to showcase their skills and begin their journey into global cubing rankings,” shared the organising team.

With limited participation slots available, registrations are currently open.
